PE week 6

Today in PE we were working on our sport our sport is softball our group chose the sport.When we got in the gym we got our group and starting to do or warm up drill's as you can see these are our body warm up we did good.Each body warm up was one minute each I got tired on burpees because I am not good and aslo we had to it for one minute.We did great on our body warm next was drill's passing the ball.But the drill 2 we did not do so next time we to focus 






Drill 1: (skill breakdown)  Passing the ball from a good distance in groups of 2 and see how many passes you can do in 1 minute.
Drill 2: (skills breakdown) They get into 2 teams and then one team starts with one ball and starts throwing it around. The other team then stands outside the square and tries to tag the person with the ball. To win this warm up you have to get as many tags as you can.



Lunges.
-Star Jumps-20
 -Squats.
- Burpees

- Running on the spot
