The ingredients of making scones


 This week we have make scones.




The ingredients of making scones

3c Plain flour
6t baking powder
1/4 t salt
75 g Cold butter
1 to 1 1/2 c of milk


1 Sit flour baking  powder and salt into the bowl
2 Cut the butter into small cubes.Rub the butter into the flour,baking powder salt gently with fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.

3 Add milk gradulaay. Mix quickie with knife to form a soft dough(the amount of milk required can depend on number of fraction.

4 Light knee the scone dough few times on the tabletop

5 place baking paper onto a oven tray.

6 Cut scone dough into 12 even sized pieces.

7 Place scones onto the lined oven tray

Hauroa Heath

Today we have being told to blog about stuff about Haruoa I will be answering  questions about Hauroa.

A conclusion on what the Whare tapa what is and how it Illustrates Hauroa?It means the four walls of the house if one goes down that means your not healthy they have sustainability if you have four walls that hasn't collapsed that means you are very healthy.


How did you participle during this lesson?I did ok I need to answer some questions more than be quiet I would like to answer some questions about the topic we are leaning I have worked with some new people in the class I have met them.



What is the currtle state of your Hauroa?Mine is great I have met some new people trying out new stuff in class I have being playing sports, Running around the field, Doing some fitness,  Walking around I have being doing lot of fitness.I have being talking to family, Talking to friends, Finding some new friends to talk, I have great talk with family, I have some great friends.Sometimes I need a growth mid-seat.

Wonder

Today we had to write about Discus techniques.
You want to roll the discus off you small hand if you left to it on your left and if your right do it on your right hand.If you can't it with you hand you have the big one 25kg you should go on the little one so its better to roll of your hand.when you have done you want to get you four fingers wrap it around the discus.next you want to stand on the side on the line if you have the discus on your right hand put your right leg forward and have your left leg closet to your right foot.When you have done that you want to pull back and then throw the discus.
