This week we have make scones.
3c Plain flour
6t baking powder
1/4 t salt
75 g Cold butter
1 to 1 1/2 c of milk
1 Sit flour baking powder and salt into the bowl
2 Cut the butter into small cubes.Rub the butter into the flour,baking powder salt gently with fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
3 Add milk gradulaay. Mix quickie with knife to form a soft dough(the amount of milk required can depend on number of fraction.
4 Light knee the scone dough few times on the tabletop
5 place baking paper onto a oven tray.
6 Cut scone dough into 12 even sized pieces.
7 Place scones onto the lined oven tray
