Fun run

Today we had to blog post about the fun run we did last Wednesday.We had to walk over to Kyle park were the event was placed we all have to sit on the grass waiting for our instructors.We were the 3rd group to do the Fun run when we walked up we had to get in line.Police came to shoot water guns at us also the police would put there siren that's our time was had to run.We had to go through one course the color dye the teacher would start throwing it on us that was the next course was this mini water slide but  I did;net want to go on the water slide.We running through the course next it was the police shooting water guns on us they missed me next course was net you had to go over it or jump over the net.There was bouncy castle we had to line up and vs someone I lost but continue running wattling for the end of the bouncy castle was teacher holding color dye.Next was sponges  and water guns we were very close ending the race.There was another color dye we had to go I went through all over my back we have just finished the race.What is the fun run?The fun run is fundraising event for kids can where you have to run through color dye,water guns,mini waterside,bouncy castle.Fun run is great event to fundraising for kids can if you donate $10 you get to choose item that is worth $10.My favorite part had do be when we ran through the color dye.When we ended the race we got to leave early at 1.30 we would normally leave at 2.30pm.

DTE reflection

For the past weeks in digital technologies we have being doing project around sphero we did this project so we can make learning activities.We will first briefed on how how and what to do.Our idea was to do jousting to have two spehros that would be in two boxes and trying to the target just in like real life.We stared constructing on how we could do this our first thing was to do  is to code the spheros but there wasn't much to code goes because they are just going straight into each other.

 Next was making box on tinker cad we wanted make little box so the sphero could fit in the box.It pretty easy to make the box on tinkercad next we wanted to make prototype on cardboard we glued the cardboard one thing that was'ent working was when we put the sphero in the box it would'ent move so tried to use paper on of the roof but that did'ent work.We could'ent get it fix so we just leave it after that we could'ent fix.

 we went on computer using lazier works so we could make the box on the lazier cutter.I was sent there for the lazier works so I did'ent know the process after they did the process we were started to do lazier cutting for our box but the problem was that we did'ent make the right measurements it was way to small to put the spehro in the box..We tried to do it again but failed again on the measurements.We did'ent make but I learned a lot stuff about coding,robotics lazier cutting.

Recount businesses enterprise

 Yesterday it was businesses enterprise here is my recount what we did yesterday. Morning our group stared to get our supplies to set up our businesses.We felt really good cause this is gonna be fun day we started to out our poster on the wall we put the lollies bag on the table getting ready for market day.And our spin of the wheel I couldént wait to see someone win the jackpot our jackpot was whole block chocolate few hours in the weather was stared to get nice and warm we would know it was gonna be great warm day. Next time we would make sure that two always on the bay. Cause sometimes there would only be one person on the bay and they would go somewhere. The last hour we returned our money to the bank to see our much we made in total we made $60.50 but we purchase $16.90 of lollies. We made $43.40. Our Jackpot winner was Mikyala she span the wheel and won our Jackpot whole kitkat chocolate block.

 The black death was horrifying plague event.The hit 347-1350-The plague hit Asian,Europe,Middle east,North Africa everyone was affected by the black death i didn't matter if you wealthy or poor it won't matter.The dead were put in mass grave where the would put the layers and layers of bodies.They were also being put in the river.The symptoms were massive big black bolls,higher temperature,aching limbs,fatigue and fever.,spazams.There was three plagues the Buboinc,Septicemic plague all of which were deadly.Some of the ways there tried to care seem self they were rubbing onions on them herbs chopped up snake on the boils,rubbing cut pigeon all over there body,drinking vinegar,or eating crushed up minerals,mercury, or ten year old treacle.

Business enterprise

For business enterprise we had to come with name our name was going to be Lucky Spin, we got this name because we were doing lucky spin and that's how we got the name. Our next steps will have to be making prototype for the lollies bags I am most exited for market day when people spin the wheel and see what they get.

 Over the past weeks we have being doing some art like Hannah Hoch is Germany artist that does like Wiemar period means like when you get some random images and make them wired example lets say I have human then I get some animals eyes for the human or the leg I put spoons on it.That what she was most popular then here wired,crazy art, art we had to make three photographs using Hannah Hoch techniques. For my first one as you can see I have plane but I removed the back wing to a shark tail then in the middle you can see shark fin after that thought for the front of the plane. I will remove and and put animal so I thought I will get shark face.Then I put a ocean for the background because it is plane and flying over the Atlantic ocean to there destination this what Hannah Hock would do make weird,funky,and not normal.My other I made about android play games on my phone so I thought that will get and remove stuff and change how Hannah Hock would do.I cut out the legs for the android legs and make them wired so I would search up some forks making weird then I took the head off and search up dog head to make look wired and some think normal you wouldn't see in real life I think the idea was pretty cool having half robot,forks,dog head or face.The last one design for my photograph was human but I took the eyes off and got earth so I replace her eyes with earth and then the other eyes I thought I change and not make it the same so I got mars and put it down those were all design.The images had to be copy right all these images are copy right we had to use site called remove bg it's when you insert images and it will take the back ground out for you this site was useful because some of the images I did'ent want the images. The other source that I used was Pixel bay is source where you can find images that copy right and have some beautiful images.

The plague doctors were very common at this time they would wear protective clothing so they wouldn't get the virus they would wear beak for mask.And you would know that was the doctor they would use stick to poke the people to see what was wrong with them they would also use the stick for self defense because civilians would sometimes attack the doctor.Doctor would wear gloves,long sleeves,robes,hat,scaptel would be used to cut the bolls out.

Doctors would bring heaps of garlic so they could do it so they would always eat the garlic,herbs to fight the virus off.

Conduction Stop motion

 Today we had to make stop motion about conduction is the way in energy is transferred.Here is my stop motion I have made stop motion as you can see there is fry pan and fire heating on the next slide you can see the particles start to heat up.The bottom ones are the first one to stat to get hot when particles get hot they move faster and to start bond and also spread around when they get hot they will start to move around in the last slide you can see they start to move around.

What life look in the middle ages

Interestingly,life was different for the rich and poor.Rich people like the king where they got heaps of stuff,food,clean water etc.The king and the queen could have showers everyday decent food they lived in warm castle they had real toilet.The poor people had bad life they were peasants did’ent have clean water they had to work everyday there house were not warm and only could have shower motherly.The impact is that it wasn't fair for the peasants the rich people had great life

We don’t live now these days we are lucky not to live like the peasants.Life sucked for the peasants.

       

Diffusion experiment

This week in science we have being learning about Diffusion. We have to Investigate if particles diffuse faster in hot or cold water.I think that when it goes hot the partials were go fast and when it is cold the particles we go slower.

Equipment-We used hot water,cold water,potassium magnate,beaker,perti dish.

Method-First get two perti dish than you get one of them and put hot water than the other one put cold water.Next you want to get some potassium magnate and get something you can scoped with must have two people put it in than scoop bit little bit in and to it the same time and wait but don't shake it will ruined the experiment know you wait you will see the hot water go faster than the cold water.

Result's-We saw that the hot water particles were just bit faster than the cold water cold water was just bit slowly than the hot water.We wanted to make accruatre so we can see which is faster so we both put potassium magnate in at the same time.
