Mini Pastry Savories

This week we have made Mini Pastry Savories

1/2 sheet pre rolled pastry
Keep the pastry as cold as possible
Stock pastry scarps before re rolling do not roll pastry up into ball or will lose it
Add diced cooked bacon,ham to make mini egg and bacon or ham pie

1 Using pastry cutters,cut circles to the patty pans chill in fridge.
2 Mix 1 egg's pinch of salt 1t of milk
3 Whisk together with a fork
4 Transfer egg mixture to measuring cup   
5 Place some thawed peas and corn in each pastry case
6 Carefully pour egg mixture into each case,Don't spill any!!
7 Bake a 200c for 8-10 minutes
8 Cool and eat
