Today I have made some chocolate cookies here are the ingredients and the steps to make chocolate cookies
Here are the ingredients
1/2 of flour self
125 grams of butter
1 egg
3/4 brown sugar
1/2 half chocolate chips
The method
Preheat the oven 180c conventional or 160c fan forced and grease of line two baking trays with baking paper.Beat any butter than brown sugar and normal sugar after it is all mix add egg and beat until mixed.Sift in self raising flour and salt mix until combined before stirring in the chocolate chips.Roll heaped teaspoon sized balls of mixture and place on the tray press down lightly with floured fork.Bake for approx 12 minutes
